How many people have jobs in which they show up to work and have a bunch of people trying to take their jobs away every day? In my career I had a bunch of good days where everyone I worked with including myself did their best and went home happy.

Baseball doesn't work that way.

And keep in mind most of those people are incompetent at the very lowest level of whatever it is they do. Definitely not the equivalent of the major leagues.
