One of the good rules I think that was added was the "pitcher has to face 3 batters" rule. Added a nice wrinkle to the game

Who are you replacing all the underperforming players with? Guys who are even worse? This makes sense if you can fire a sales person and just replace them with anyone. Not how sports work though
