I cannot figure what is going on with this guy. It's not like he sucks, but there is certainly no leap in performance like everyone expected. Zero progression, maybe even a step back.

I'm going to broach the uncomfortable elephant in the room: Julks and Montero get more leeway and opportunity because of their skin color. Dusty has not been shy in the past about wanting to foster more black players in the league. And he seems to be doing it to the detriment of the team. Does he not give a **** now that he has a ring?
