I promoted him after 1st year because Maldonado wasn't great and then his overall dropped like crazy in aging

I loved waiting at the players' exit after games. I did make the mistake of handing Biggio my buddy's ball instead of my glove, I'm still salty about that mistake 25 years later.

It's jarringly inconsistent. Three pitches in the same spot. None of them remotely close to the plate. And he blows the biggest.
