The batter is called out so there is no force. The runners on base have no obligation to advance and do so at their own risk.

Blummer almost let a forbidden word slip out when he was talking about the flags behind home plate. Anybody else catch that? Glad he caught himself, even though I'm sure it was unintentional. He would've been canceled before the game is over.
