Regarding Straw's arm, a day or 2 ago the att broadcast showed the mph of throws from our OF and said mlb average was like 87. Does anyone remember what Straw's was? I don't remember, but do recall thinking Chas's was not good.

I think a lot of these defensive metrics are not remotely accurate. The catch probability and this arm metric rating seem very arbitrary how they are arriving at this info

Was anyone else amazed to hear TK say that Gehrig won the MLB Triple Crown in 1931 but didn't win MVP? I looked it up and Lefty Grove led the league in wins, K's and ERA that year. Wow.
