It's not that it's big league quality for both, it's that it's upper echelon of the big league for both. Definitely hasn't been a two way like him in my lifetime.

Not trying to take away from Ohtani at all because he is a once in a generation talent, but I think we would've seen at least a couple of more players like this in our lifetimes if guys were encouraged to pursue pitching and hitting concurrently.
