it does look like he has a rag arm. That was a weak throw at least. But the scouting report on him is that he has a plus arm and he played shortstop and he had a 93 mph fastball as a pitcher in college, so what is that?

Could be sore arm. It could be bad positioning, or Correa's throw was so strong it made Straw's look bad.

For sure, but you would think that someone that is capable of throwing a 93 mph fastball would be capable of having a good outfield arm, and the scouting report on him coming in was that he did, so it's strange to me to see the weak throws... and more importantly I can't think of one instance where he's had a bad ass throw where we are like "man that's a great arm".
