The sweeping outside breaking stuff from a lefty is just about the only pitch Yordan struggles with. That's all I'd throw him and if it's a walk so be it.
We've gotta get that runner in from 2nd.

Yordan and Yuli should be on the All Star Team this season. No doubt.

I don't understand how or why Dusty handles this staff. Someone posted earlier that Strom bears some responsibility. I wonder if he is even consulted in these decisions.
Probably wanted Stanek vs middle of the order. That's fine but I don't know who pitches the 8th.

I doubt it. At least not any more than 'Who is available?'.
I think Strom just teaches them how to pitch and he's not too up to speed on when or who to pitch to.

He's been hitting for a really high average all year but now he's getting home runs again. He's so much fun to watch.
Bullpen line today: 5 IP, 0 ER, 2 H, 7 Ks, 0 BBs. Held a 1 run lead the entire time. Great performance today by the back end of the staff. One that is going to get bolstered here soon.

Why not? I think he's gonna ops 1.000 and guys who ops 1.000 never finish outside the top 5 in mvp vote.
Edit: you might be right. Papi ops 1.000 in 2016 and finished 6th mvp. Maybe I should adjust my claim to simply say Yordan will ops 1.000 this year.
