Team looks completely fooled on all these pitches. Second time through will hopefully be better.
Javier's last 4 innings (going back to the 5th on Sunday in TB) have been an absolute clinic in poor pitching and getting punished for mistakes.

When Blummer said it I was just thinking Yuli really should've taken third there. I don't think he would've scored on that fly ball by Tucker regardless.

Also I'm glad there was no collision with Fatty Vladdy because I don't think Carlos would've been the winner in that one but it look like he slowed down to avoid contact instead of trying to beat him to the bag.
He still has one minor league option remaining. I think maybe it's time to use it. I guess the problem is if Chas is out 4th OF I doubt we don't have anyone stellar that could be called up to take his place, but he needs to find his stroke and it's not like anyone could do much worse than he's doing right now.W said:
