After watching the replay a few times it didn't look on purpose to me, but if anyone has the skill and the sack to do that, it would be him.

100% agree. My point is just simply if he had the mindset to drop it on purpose to turn a double play he would have known where he was going with the ball vs somewhat panicking like he did

I doubt it, but I also don't think you could ever prove a liner was dropped on purpose.

He panicked because he didnt pick up the ball back up cleanly and im guessing he decided not to go to first because at that point that was the only runner who had been running
