I honestly dont think this team cares anymore. They just want this season to end. That series against the Angels sucked their energy away and now it's just go through the motions. As a fan it's hard to care when the players don't.

I still want us in the postseason and to show some fight in October.... but this is so disheartening

Yes, we've had a boat load of injuries but I lay a lot of the blame on Dusty. Some of the bone-headed decisions he's made would leave the players without any confidence.

Luckily we have the potential for a winning streak after this series. If we did that ... I think this team would be rejuvenated and could propel us to make a run. Especially with some guys coming back.

We should go at least 5-1 against the Rangers and DBacks next week at home. I'd like to see us finish with a final record at .500. That would be a sign that things are trending in the right direction going into the playoffs.
