I jus don't get it. Bregman comes off the IL. Plays. Then sits two straight. If this team wants to try and play in the playoffs he needs to get every chance to work and recover his stroke. If he needs all this time off to rest his hammy they should have left him on the IL because they need every roster spot for pitching.

Frustrating AF.

Also frustrating that he played last night but wasn't well enough to be waves home on a hit he should've scored on.

If he's not well enough to play he shouldn't play.

Either he's well enough to play 100% everyday he needs to stay on the IL and get right. That's the point of moving him to the IL.

You put him on the IL and didn't rush him back so he could play but now he's not playing. Makes no sense

This is not the 2017-2019 Astros that just need to be healthy for the playoffs and can get there with anyone on a loaded roster. At .500 and fighting for our playoff lives, I don't agree with that logic.

If he's limited but well enough to play with restrictions, that's still an an enormous improvement over anyone else.

I am in SF for unrelated business obviously, but I could be watching my first game ever in that dump, pinche covid .
