If a family drops a few hundreds bucks on tickets, travels to the game, pays for parking, drops another 80 bucks on grub and beer, only to not see a game. They'd never come back.

I figured we wouldn't play tonight. Since we've had 2 days off we are the only team that hasn't postponed a game to protest this week.
It seems silly to do this on a day honoring the player that broke the color barrier in the MLB. Seems like playing today would be the thing that you'd want to do.

I would assume it would send the owner into a fit and he'd go get a piece of the other owners ass. That's a significant hit directly to the fanbase.
