I'm pretty shocked by Framber right now. The stuff is great but he's never put it together, even against weak minor league talent. Hopefully he has turned a corner with Strom and is confident in pounding the zone and letting the stiff do the talking.

The whole thing was rampant with varying degrees of sophistication. It's just that not everyone can be the Yankees and get protected by the league.
The Yankees, Red Sox, Dodgers, Cubs, Mets, Nats, and Braves all had similar allegations yet the Astros are the only ones really getting popped. Plus, the Yankees and Red Sox are repeat offenders.
