So 42 guys "on the 40 man roster". 2 guys on covid IL, i'm going to guess Alvarez and Urquidy land there. To make room, Osuna can go on 60-day IL if he's gonna need TJS. They'll have to DFA someone else to make room for the other person. Maybe Biagini?

I was feeling like this until the quick turnaround on negative tests for these clubs. Still none with serious illness that we are aware of. Asymptomatics with negatives getting back on the field. Play ball!

Brantley's ankle must be worse than they are letting on.

Twins reach 9-2 this afternoon and the Bucs fall to 2-9.

I like seeing Correa get a shot in the one of the big RBI spots in the order

I know everyone is doom and gloom but the health of peacock, Pressley, Alvarez and urquidy change the teams dynamic pretty quickly.

That's a big if but a healthy Pressley can handle closing duties as adequately as osuna imo. Peacock gives you flexibility in pen and spot starts. Healthy Alvarez means you can plug in whoever is hotter between Tucker/Reddick/straw. And when Diaz gets back that's a ton of flexibility on the bench.

I'm actually encouraged by our young arms. Dump biagini tomm and let these young kids see what they can do.

Top of our lineup can't be much worse to start the year and we are 2 Extra inning games away from being 7-2.

While I dislike the extended roster and how some managers are using it to run out 9-10 pitchers a game, they need to give teams enough flexibility to teams to not overuse players. And MLB needs to take a hard look at how the players readied themselves before the season.

This is players being lazy

Playing long toss is pretty easy

Also, this is all just anecdotal injuries and I don't know how you can quantity more injuries, players get injured all the time

We better never sign Bauer after all the crap he's talked about us this offseason. The trashtros shirt in particular. Also he's just not that good. Talk about a toxic person for the locker room.
