Never said the Astros have always been great. Take our our 2017 title and we still have more playoff appearances than the Rangers

Both of us don't have a winning history so I look at recent success as a measuring stick since BOTH of our franchise histories suck

I agree completely. Which is sad because the state of Texas is great, but can't ever seem to win big time in the College or the Pros.

Notice how you didn't give any proof. Altuve not wanting his jersey ripped off is zero proof.... there was a thread of videos dating back to 2015 where Altuve fought guys off from ripping his jersey off after his walkoffs. Astros cheated in 2017. It's been documented and we all know it happened. In that same report which everybody knows was accurate about 2017, it also states zero cheating was found in 2019 after it was also investigated.

As an Astros fan I'm angry about the cheating and I dont celebrate our 2017 title the way I did before the report came out. IMO I'm indifferent to that title now which sucks as a fan. However I choose to believe the actual evidence that we didn't cheat after the beginning of the 2018 season.

Is it possible for Astros to believe that Kelly was being a punk and our bench coach was also?

Taking out 2017-2019 from his career, Altuve has won 2 batting titles (14 and 16) , 3x all star ('14-'16) and 3x silver slugger since he debuted in 2011

Bregman literally starts every year horribly, check the stats on him in April/May in 2017, 18 and 19 if you don't believe me. Pretty much every Astros fan knew he would start slowly. He's brought his average from .170 to .220 over the past 5 games though so I'd say he's about to bust out of it

Springer has 12 RBI in 12 games even if he's hitting around .200 this year
Correa won the 2015 rookie of the year. He's also hitting .350 right now

Yes they are all slumping at the same time, but 14 games is still a small sample size.

The reason the Astros are 6-9 is pitching. Specifically the bullpen has blown 2 games this week when the Astros took the lead in the 8th or 9th, and Lance McCullers gave up a 9 spot in the 4th inning of a game in which the Astros scored 7 runs
