It can be done, you just have to be careful in what you pull out for etching.

Do you want the circle with the dome and lettering to be the color of the cup or do you want the dome and lettering to be etched and the circle to not be there?

Two reasons...

I bought an RTIC tumbler from ntouch the last round. Got one of those
The RTIC I bought looks great but it hasn't held up very well. I've also had quality issues with an RTIC soft cooler.

I will say I won't be going out spending $300 on Yeti soft cooler but I got no problem spending $30 instead of $15 on a tumbler.

RTIC also doesn't stand behind their products. I was gifted a RTIC tumbler for Christmas last year. Last month the lid broke and it was already out of warranty (90 days). my only option is to pay $5 for a new lid plus $5 for shipping on it.

Yeti equivalent has a 5 year warranty.
