Hats are New Era. Jerseys were Majestic. They only replaced the jerseys (Majestic).

The gold Nike maker's mark looks horrible on the rainbow jerseys.
I'm going to be in downtown today so I might swing by and pick up a new jersey.

I think the swoosh looks horrible on any of the jerseys I've seen. Don't know why they couldn't have stuck them on the sleeve.

This is the way I feel. The way Majestic did the uniforms was perfect, here comes Nike to screw it up.

Pretty sure it's not that cut and dry. Half of the games are played on the road, so the income is earned in those states.
State taxes mean diddly squat to these players.

I just saw another Astros tweet with Paul Wall, and he has a jersey with a blue swoosh. Maybe they'll have some

That Nike logo ain't free. If you don't buy it there will be a sweatshop in Vietnam that won't meet its quota and some impoverished 9 year old will have to be let go.

The Astros "got caught" because MLB vigorously investigated them based on a former players accusation and by reading over 70K emails and interviewing over 60 people.
