Probably a little gun-shy from Tucker last year. He looked like a kid whose balls hadn't dropped yet trying to swing Babe Ruth's bat.
Yordan is a man.
He was safe. Not sure why the Astros didn't challenge.W said:
Straw man with another hit and RBI

Neither was the one that NY called him out a few nights ago.sts7049 said:

So do I, but Yordan's reminds me of a LH Dave Winfield. Dave did OK with his.MelvinUdall said:Harry Dunne said:

Maybe, but more so I have a better appreciation for a compact swing, like a Bregman, in which it is short and quick.

Very true, but you can't have 2 guys in that same role. Assuming full health you've got to have George, Brantley, Reddick and Alvarez in the OF and Yuli, Altuve, Correa, Bregman and Diaz as infielders. Plus two catchers that only leaves room for 2 position players.Furlock Bones said:
Jake is a fast, great runner and defensive super plus. Perfect for a late inning sub in the playoffs.
Jake had 2 options coming into last season. Doesn't that mean he has to have one left?mathguy86 said:
Jake is out of options. I'm almost certain so is Kemp and so is Stassi.
