opponents have gotten very, very good at neutralizing Trout.

he ranks just 33rd in the AL in RBI. However he is 4th in runs scored.

I believe 19 of his 25 HR's have been solo shots

Then how's he so good?

That's simply because he bats 2nd on a crappy team.

I wouldn't say they're neutralizing him. If so he wouldn't be putting up all time great and MVP numbers.
