I got a wild hair and decided to go hit some baseballs today and it felt great. It's probably been about 15 years since I last stepped into a cage. I forgot how much hard work that is. I will definitely be doing it again soon. Wondering if anyone else goes.

Within the last year.....great fun!! Still play in "Old Man's Hardball Wood Bat League" here in Houston. Well, it's been a little over 6 months or so due to lower back issues. Aching to get back out there. Nothing more fun!!!

Short hopped the 325 foot fence in my Austin wood bat baseball league in last game of the season

Got way under it

We also blew an 11-0 first inning lead that game

I go to D-Bat at Beltway and Clay regularly to hit balls when I don't feel like the driving range. For the SA crowd there is a location or two there as well. You can choose 40, 50, 60, or 70 mph. Softball as well

Also word to the wise is that from Yelp there is a $40 for $20 coupon available.

Oaks Batter Up on Tidwell. Clarence has run that place for years, now in new location

DBAT or Frozen Ropes in Houston. DBAT in Round Rock.

Also, in College Station, Fieldhouse Sports near Millican off Wellborn Road. That is Ty Warren's place.
