They lose 8 games of their lead and are silent for a the last month. Then make up 1 and all of sudden start pushing their chests out.

Puffing our chests because we're playing some of the best baseball in the league the last month or so.

We're trending up adding talent while you're players are dropping like flies and you're so desperate you're adding our sloppy seconds.

Adding minor league depth is hardly desperation... But whatever makes you feel better. And I wouldn't exactly be proud of trailing a team that has been decimated by injuries.
