That he did. I wonder if any part of it had to do with the home plate umpire. His wide strike zone was perfect for a guy like Hendricks.

I was hoping La Stella was going to get the start as well at 2b.
Keep Zo in the OF and get Heyward out and I'd a been happy.
I probably would have personally gone with Avila as well but that's only to stack the lineup with lefties.
