We can get someone better but I don't think we'll get someone taller than House. He's 6 ft 8 and we need height more than anything right now at wing.

Haven't seen any follow-ups about the trade, so this seems like a salary dump in return for picks most likely.

That leaves us with 3 roster spots, a high portion of the MLE, and a little bit of room under the luxury tax line.

Yeah in hindsight it was awful, but at least Morey is proactive and cleans up his spills, doesn't just sit on his hands and say oh well

I agree but when better options are on the table, signing MCW and Carmelol Assthony is incredibly stupid IMO. Also he still hasn't done anything to replace Ariza. This roster still isn't tall enough to successfully implement a switching defense.

I know we all underestimated Arizas contributions but you're telling me that because we don't have Ariza & a broken down LMAM all of a sudden we are not in the Warriors league anymore?

I think this team, when healthy & with a few good moves by Morey can be right back in the same spot.

If we make it back to the conference finals I'll call it a successful season. At a certain point in the season, it looked like this team was lottery bound, so it could be much worse.

It's mainly because last year we were an elite defensive team. For whatever reason, we aren't anywhere near as good defensively this year (although these last 3 games have been a good sign).
