The second one was a textbook superstar foul. Mills had his feet planted and arms straight up defending Westbrook in the high post. Westbrook did a power dribble and backed into him, then hit a turnaround jumper. Ref was right there and Mills never even attempted to contest the shot. No idea what the foul was supposed to be.
Mostly even officiating, but those two calls when the spurs appeared to be starting a run really killed their momentum.
