No. They will still call penalty kicks next round.

If you get a 2nd yellow at round of 16, you're suspended for round of 8. If you have 1, it's erased after 16.

I think hemay be out but I have my fingers crossed. There are a lot of games he can't go on due to various conflicts not to mention the fast turn around. And two other CONCACAF crews already have R16 matches. He may get a R8 match. I hope he does.
