Get revenge on Miss State, we lost a game we shouldn't have to them and hadn't found ourselves offensively! We are a different team now!

Then maybe we can catch Bama lacking and looking ahead!! Shock the nation!

Coach G decided to run a 3 back system that resulted in giving up soft goals without improving the attack
Injuries Gescik, Pounds, Russel, Carrol all with season ending injuries
Mostly Sophmore and Freshman playing - Only 2 Senior Starters
Tons of missed shots and soft goals
Ties- No OT led to an increase in ties

did i miss anything?

We played a tough schedule so we shall see

Lots of teams got hosed by the no OT rule
Allowed teams to get luck and play for a point

How the selection committee evaluates ties will be interesting. G has said in the past that the committee values top 50 wins, which we don't have, but we do have 4 top 50 ties, 3 of those on the road.

Bama makes a PK with 37 seconds left to beat Vandy 2-1. Vandy coach got red-carded and had a good gate slam as he left. I believe this is good for us because Vandy was also in the bubble. Earlier WVU beat tu which is not good because WVU is in the bubble mix.

RPI's of the teams mentioned here:

39 - Texas A&M

2 - Alabama
49 - Vanderbilt

21 - Texas
51 - West Virginia

I was looking at the RPI. Chris Henderson of All White Kit had us with an RPI of 39 and Vandy at 49. Vandy's non-conference strength of schedule was not good.

North Carolina beat Duke tonight in a PK Shootout than went 8 rounds. On Sunday San Diego State had a 22 round shootout with Utah State and won that 19-18.

West Virginia upset Texas in the Big 12 tournament. That boosted their RPI above us to 36 now. If they win the auto qualifier, then Texas and TCU take at-large bids away from us. That doesn't help

I'm rooting for TCU against WVU since that should help our strength of schedule. 2 teams that we beat, New Mexico State and South Alabama, are playing today so I'm rooting for them.

Seattle & Utah Valley will play in the final of the WAC tourney. I've seen both teams this year and there's a gap between both of them and #3 NMSU. It's not close. Upsets happen, but the tourney being a home game for Seattle gives them that extra advantage too.

Was at that game, Texas looked like garbage.

Well, NMSU beat Seattle 1-0 on a PK in the 86th minute. Next semifinal involves Grand Canyon where former Aggie player Shantel Hutton is the goalkeeper.
