Tilman, Sands and CCV all started for their teams in Scotland as well.

Aaronson was super active in that match, really disruptive and created the turnover for the first goal and causes if he didn't actually score what was called an own goal for the winner. Looking forward to watching more of him and Leeds this season.

I work with a foreign owned car company with American brands. It slightly chaps my hide our sponsor is a German car company.

He needs more confidence building performances this yesterday's! The one thing that really stuck out to me over the Nations league game against Grenada this summer were how he didn't look confident on the pitch at all. I think that will come with time and experience though. Looks to be a real diamond in the rough.

I think it will be a great move for him.

Also Josh Sargent scored the winning penalty for Norwich yesterday in their Carabao Cup game. Jonathan Tomkinson started and went full 90 for the Canaries. Yesterday was his first team debut. He also scored a goal in his debut... albeit an own goal. but they still advances 4-2 on Pens over Birmingham City.

On the opposite side Auston Trusty (on loan from Arsenal) went the full 90. Keep your eyes on him as he has been playing extremely well since making the move from MLS this summer.

Why hasn't any club picked up John Brooks yet?

Rumor is that he is off to play in Saudi Arabia.

No idea why no club is signing him though. Seems very odd.

It is weird. On one hand, his form had slipped a lot last year … but he still had more club appearances last year than he's ever had before.

At the risk of being body-language guy again, I wonder if there's personal issues going on behind the scenes.

I don't think it's unreasonable to think there's something going on with him, no idea what though.
