Looking st the table this morning (which is a mess to really understand with all of the unequal numbers of GP) and was trying to guess how things will shake out come May. Rank from most confident to least confident the following 7 scenarios:

1) Someone OTHER than City winning the league
2) Newcastle escaping relegation
3) Everton getting relegated
4) United finishing Top 4
5) West Ham finishing Top 5
6) Burnley escaping relegation
7) Arsenal finishing Top 6

Burnley have a bunch of games in hand (though games in hand=/=points). I'm basing this off of pure gut feeling, nothing else. I still think Newcastle trying to buy a bunch of talented randos, that have never played together, to completely overhaul their club won't mesh (coupled with some hope the Saudis can stick it). I still feel Everton have a good chance to stay up with their players back from injury/covid.

Arsenal have righted the ship (minus the red cards). Tottenham could push them with one more game in hand, but Tottenham seem injury struck this year. Having to squeeze in more matches could prove too much.

I think Man Utd are a bit of a powder keg this year, but nobody knows if the fuse is lit. Including them

Your ranking system seemed to change from person to person, so here are my thoughts

1) Someone OTHER than City winning the league---City are winning the league. Too much depth as compared to Liverpool and Chelsea.
2) Newcastle escaping relegation---Unfortunately I do think they will buy their way to safety.
3) Everton getting relegated---Don't see that happening either. Too much talent on roster.
4) United finishing Top 4---Yes, will happen.
5) West Ham finishing Top 5---No, will not happen
6) Burnley escaping relegation---No, they are going down
7) Arsenal finishing Top 6---Yes, they will finish 6

Top Seven will be:
1. City
2. Liverpool
3. Chelsea
4. United
5. Tottenham
6. Arsenal
7. West Ham
look out for Wolves though to crash West Ham out of Europa spot.

Bottom 5 will be:
16. Brentford
17. Newcastle
18. Norwich
19. Watford
20. Burnley

1) Someone OTHER than City winning the league---City are winning the league. Too much depth as compared to Liverpool and Chelsea.Agree. They just roll on with these runs and squeeze and life out of the race. See also 20-21 season, 18-19 season, 17-18 season. But my heart won't let me write off the season yet
2) Newcastle escaping relegation---Unfortunately I do think they will buy their way to safety.agree. I think they'll just pip past Norwich with some big (but not necessarily good) signings. Norwich's GD is sooo bad
3) Everton getting relegated---Don't see that happening either. Too much talent on roster.agree. Especially with a big Dunc bounce
4) United finishing Top 4---Yes, will happen. I think they finish 5th or 6th, especially since they still have UCL as a distraction
5) West Ham finishing Top 5---No, will not happenyeah, probably not. Love their story this season and generally have no ill will for Moyes
6) Burnley escaping relegation---No, they are going down
7) Arsenal finishing Top 6---Yes, they will finish 6I think they sneak past united for 5th

Top Seven will be:
1. City
2. Liverpool
3. Chelsea
4. United
5. Tottenham
6. Arsenal
7. West Ham

I think:
1 - City
2 - Liverpool
3 - Chelsea
4 - Spurs
5 - Arsenal
6- United
7 - West Ham/wolves

14 - Brentford
15 - everton
16 - Leeds
17 - Newcastle
18 - Burnley
19 - Watford
20 - Norwich
