I was going to link that yesterday but I got caught up in something else. I remember reading that, and thinking Cameron had a lot of good points, and they echo what most of us are saying here. Some people are dumb about it of course. No one is saying MLS is worthless, it should just be a stepping stone on the way to one of the few top leagues out there.

I think Long might be first as he had interest over the summer.

Morris was offered a contract after a trial with Werder Bremen several years ago and he chose to stay in Seattle.

I know Morris declined going because of his dog and girlfriend.

I know Long wants to go but MLS is not helping him.

I have no clue as to Reggies plans. He's playing for his "hometown" team. Not sure his plans.

Not on this team, but I'd love to see Pomykol go to Europe. But he's making $600k living in his parents house incHigjland Village so who knows.

I bet Cannon makes a move in January. Hear that if he gets both caps this window, he'll be eligible for work permit in the UK.

Morris spent his entire ACL recovery focusing on his left foot. His right is obviously still way better, but he scored a solid multiplicity of goals off his left this year.

He said that in an interview, that's different from what he is thinking. He had made it pretty clear in the past that young players should go to Europe and it should be valued over performing in MLS. Anything a player says publicly is all part of transfer negotiations. I think he could be moved this summer or after the season. To clarify, I heard the interview myself.

He's been one of the better players in that last couple months for the USMNT. I was surprised as I wrote him off but he's been consistent.

If he can jump then he should. I think he could play in a lot of the non Top 4 leagues but might be a able to crack a squad in the top 4 (Germany, Spain, Italy, England).

Hell he should play in the Netherlands.

I complimented his recent NT form in the post you quoted

I'm excited he's improved so much because he's got the American tenacity trait that we all love to see in our guys too. I've got no issues with current Jordan Morris.

I am all for any American attacking player to go to the Eredivisie. (And I'm very impressed with myself as I spelled that correctly without looking it up.)

We may end up playing better as people get healthy, and we may qualify for the World Cup. But im currently convinced Gregg is not the guy, and is going to hold us back from our potential.
