This team had a terrible mentality under Mourinho. This team had a terrible mentality under Conte. At a certain point the finger pointing has to stop and the blame be allowed to shift to where it belongs - firmly on the shoulders of the players.

You don't bring in 3 world class managers and say they are all terrible. There is a common denominator here. In their "hire and fire" style of management, the board has emboldened and empowered the players to a degree that NO manager will be successful here long term.

I want to play attacking, beautiful football. Therefore, I back Sarri and say to ship out all the ****s who have acted up under numerous successive managers.

When we had JT, Lamps, and Drogba, we had player power, sure, but it didn't matter because there were true leaders on that squad and they all put the team's goals first. They sacrificed everything for the team and left it all out there. Right now we have a collection of individuals.

Double down, force buy-in on Sarri's plan for the team, and tell everyone who won't buy in to **** off to another team or rot in the reserves.
