He's the second sent home. The first was Saudi Ref Fahad al-Mirdasi about 3 weeks ago. He was the top ref in Saidi Arabia. Hes been accused of fixing matches. Its one thing to take an $800 bribe in Russia, its altogether another to fix matches in KSA. They cut hands and heads off there.
