Texas won their super bowl (world cup?) against West Virginia. The rest of the Big 12 is fairly weak, so Texas is probably going to win the conference and might be without a loss through the regular season.

I watched the Texas game as well and they played better than I expected. West Virginia did have the run of play for most of the game but missed several shots in front of goal (sounds familiar). Texas scored off a deflected shot from a defender in the box as the GK had no chance. Good for them. They will lose a few games on the road because I still don't see them as a Top 15 type team. They built a 10-0 record by playing some of the worst teams in the nation at home, but it did give them confidence. I would love to get matched up with them in the NCAA tourney because it would be no contest.

South Carolina just finds ways to win games. It's pretty amazing. They scored late again to get the win over Tennessee. They could run the table until they play Florida, so there is a decent chance they will get at least a share of the SEC title again this season.

Looks like a definite possibility at this point
