Rooney just scored on his official return for Everton.

Huddersfield has a 2-nil lead on Palace.

Really hope one of Huddersfield or B&H Albion stay up. I know its a long shot.

Huddersfield has frustrated Palace in a way I really haven't seen in a longtime. High press, super physical, and the CP players are losing their minds over the physicality. Huddersfield are so in their head it's really amazing.

Related, the back three that's taken over almost every PL team's tactics seems to have killed defending. These teams are getting run through like water - at all levels in the league.

I have a feeling the teams with a more disciplined back four system will have success this season.

Everton switched to a back 4 I the second half and looks alot more comfortable.

Training mids to properly position and help defend with a back line of 3 is so, so difficult when everyone grew up playing a back 4. I would have loved to run a three back system most years, but I couldn't d find mids who could handle the additional responsibilities consistently.
