How tf do you renew a contract with a 3 year extension after 1 tourney appearance in 5 seasons, a losing record in big 12 play over 5 seasons, and failing to make even the big 12 tournament this season?

That women's AD is corrupt.

I know LK very well(the male Assistant who was only there 6 months or so), and he's one of the best human beings and Coaches you could ever meet. Didn't bug him about this situation much, but know there were some times he professionally and politely verbalized a suggestion or two, and got berated by AK in front of the entire team and the rest of the staff.

It's strange because I've met AK on the scouting/recruiting trail, and she was as nice as could be, but I suppose in a big-time gig when you are flopping, it changes some people, and exposes some true character issues...

LK moved on, and is not Coaching(another who got run outta the game by this silly t.u. system), but he's moved on to bigger and better things, helping people in so many ways with his own business start-up, and couldn't be happier!
