Probably won't announce until after Gold Cup. I would guess Pacific Northwest, either Seattle, Portland or Salt Lake City. That tends to be where we play Costa Rica, well away from their fan base in US.

I'd say KC is up for one soon right? They hosted vs Jamaica in October 2013. Still the top live sports event I've ever been to. Sitting on the edge of the Outlaws was awesome
