Anyone have a guess about ticket pricing? I'm trying to talk my wife into a summer vacation in Northern Ca around the date for ManU v RM in Santa Clara. She's not saying no.

The only thing showing up is the El Clasico in Miami. It looks like things start in the $550 range for end nosebleed.

FYI - They'll be pricey. I went to the Liverpool v AC Milan last year in Santa Clara and that is by far one of the worst stadiums in America. The gameday experience is totally killed out there. There is absolutely nothing near the stadium in terms of bars, restaurants, entertainment, etc. It's not developed. The only thing to do is tailgate and if you're like me (and not from the area) all of the Supporters Groups are in San Francisco which is 45 miles away. They pre-game and then bus down to the stadium. The Supporters Clubs will have tailgates, but there is virtually no food and limited beverages unless you bring your own. PSA as I was disappointed at how little there was to do on gameday. Santa Clara is just an odd location for a stadium.

Austin appears to have blown their chance to host.

Too bad when we redid our stadium we didn't incorporate the ability to host something like this. Also can't help support Houston Olympic bids.
