Get the objective of "sign 1 crucial 1st team player..."?

Figure out how to meet that objective yet?
I signed a starter in the position it suggested but nothing. Having trouble finding any answers.online either.

FIFA has been second string since Battlefield 1 was released.

No. Try to avoid those distinctions when I can. What little bit I saw online said that others signed players with that distinction and didn't get their stuff checked.

I think you have to sign someone who's rating is higher than everyone else on your team and to a crucial contract.

hmmm... wonder if pre contract would count. had planned to sign Witzel to a pre contract. definitely would be best on my team.
