Despite the quick answer, we were never going to score 5 goals. Poor finishing in the first half doomed us. They were on the ropes but we couldn't finish. Punch one more in and who knows what happens.
Agreed about the ****show that is MLS refs and protecting players though. It's not like this is a new issue. Back when we had DF10 teams did the same routine. "Hack the tiny playmaker" should not be considered a legitimate means of defense. It would stop being an issue if refs would consistently enforce persistent infringement.
