Selling my Silverado 1500 exteded cab Z71 5.3L 4x4. 215,000 miles. Reduced asking price to $5,500. Truck runs great. I have owned the truck since 100,000 miles and performed all maintenance including differential fluid and transmission fluid changes. Only selling because i needed four normal sized doors. Truck does have a small dent in the rear fender from me recently backing into a pole however.

Good luck OP. That's a nice truck.

As a point of reference, I sold my '99 just like yours a few months back. Had 335,000 miles and leaking a/c but body was straight and interior clean. Took about a month on Facebook marketplace but finally sold for $3,800 after listing at $4,500. I think your pricing is in the right ballpark.

For reference, I sold my 02 same truck, but 2WD with upgraded rims, tires, exhaust, intake, subwoofers, lights, etc. 260,000 miles for $4500 a few months ago
