I cannot find any markings except on top where it say
44 cal barrel and lug forged in one

And I have a serial number

As I said the gun is in good fair condition

Yes, what Cactus said. It is a shotgun that has been obsolete due to inavailability of ammo since 1920.

OP you are probably better off hanging it in your wall.
