Is this setup like a regular Toy hauler with bunks on the inside, or designed for tailgaters with plenty of seating etc...

it has a fold down bunk on one side, and cabinets with 8'shelf on the other. we have 4 60" rounds and 36"life time chairs that can be part of the deal. there's a ton of storage room inside. plenty of area to sit in the a/c if desired.

Where did you get the concession window installed? I've got a 16' trailer I'd like to have this done, unfortunately this beautiful beast is a bit too large for me. Good luck with the sale though!

We had an RV spot at reed arena for a few years. Now, we use it in the Olsen field RV parking. Come by and see it on a game day. It is allowed in the RV lots because it has a fold out bed and a bathroom. I also know of a few similar rigs that park in non reserved spots in the grass by the main entrance of Olsen.

there is also plenty of open space next to H lot.
