Need to clean out the storage unit and have a few pieces of furniture to get rid of. Pick up at the storage unit in Giddings

Sure. $225 and you pick them up in Giddings.

If the previous guy falls through on the chairs I would like them.

As of now I haven't heard from anyone saying they'll take them, so as far as I'm concerned they are still available.
