Seems a bit high. We've been looking at homes in South College Station and you can get a brand new home with same square footage for same price.

I would welcome you to come take a look at our house and compare it to those new builds. Our house has the same upgrades, and in some cases more. Our home also isn't in a large subdivision with a lot of traffic. The South Hampton neighborhood has 62 lots total, and very little traffic. We have easy on and off access from Hwy 6.

From the new builds I have seen, the ones I would call "comparable" to ours, are closer to the $160 per sq ft mark.

Come check our house out. We will consider all offers.
