Our last three football coaches aren't trim and don't go to playoffs…

Why shouldn't they be on the cover of Texas Football? In their first year in the SEC, they accomplished more than aTm had, in their 12 years. It's not an anti Ag conspiracy, it's just business. Texas Athletics is run differently. Recruiting, NIL, coaching hires, etc. Texas will do what needs to be done - to win. They've always had money, power and prestige. Now they're successful too. It's really a simple formula.

They have a good AD and alignment with University President office. It remains to be seen (IMHO) on our AD though very mixed bag based on early returns.

Would have been nice to have an expanded playoff in 2012 and 2020. Also would have been nice to not play Alabama, LSU, and sometimes Ole Miss during conference play.
If all we care about is win totals and making the playoff, there is probably another conference with the strength of the early 90's SWC the team could join

They are better than us in football in almost every way that really matters. Texas Football cover? Big deal. Jimbo was a cover boy too.

This magazine is a shell of its former self, and that has nothing to do with the cover.
Ever since they became a subscription based / premium content service, it has been all downhill (in some cases, earlier).
Used to, the magazine would be hitting the racks in about a week or so. Now, only subscribers get it early and non subscribers won't get it til mid July or later.

The real story here is that someone cared enough about this rag to post a photo of its dead corpse.
It had its glory days, man did it ever. We checked the magazine stands every day for the arrival of "The Bible". I used to mail a copy to a friend who moved to South Carolina.
It slid into nothingness about 20 years ago.

I prefer to be under the radar. Don't want another repeat of the baseball team. Let's win and see who's there at the end of it all

You say they are lauding moral victories and then claim having more revenue makes us better despite that revenue resulting in nothing but mediocrity in the major men's sports? Could you maybe not write the Aggie Jokes for them?

Still love it. Its bigger than 20 years ago. And hard to keep up with all the new high schools but they do it.
Im honestly surprised their multi-million dollar bench warmer QB isn't on there.
