Yes their offense is good, but A&M have played Bama and LSU teams with a a lot better offenses in the last couple years, so I don't see the 7 points.

It seems like tu runs 30 swing passes/WR screens a game. They wait for the defense to make a mistake in coverage or tackling.
Gets me a little nervous

I hope they put a picture of that line in the Ags locker room. I hope Elko is saying they aren't giving you a chance.

Their O is not outstanding. Good defenses have slowed or stopped them.

Their defense on the otherhand seems legit and very good.

This is exactly what they do. It puts pressure on the defense to be surehanded tacklers. Also it helps them to occasionally pop a deep one when the defense is expecting a swing pass.

I think it will drop to 5.5 points by Tuesday.

What is the marker that you are using to make them double secret elite? Generally, to be an elite team you have to beat a good team at least…. We are all still waiting.

lol. Their defense is not elite. They've faced a bunch of average QBs, backup QBs, and injured QBs. Florida ran for 200 yards on them a few weeks ago. Their defensive numbers are wildly overinflated.

Their offense has been quite mediocre lately. Even vs Florida it was INTs that gifted them layup TDs, and Ewers only had to throw for 200 that game. Then he was nothing special or worse vs Vandy, Arkansas, and Georgia. Just got to get pressure on Ewers and get home to him at that. You can get him shook.

This is a good point. Texas was outscored 17-14 and Florida ran for 133 yards in the second half after being down 35-0. That wildly inflates the defensive numbers.

Who cares what the TU line is...if we lose to Auburn we will be playing that final game for nothing but pride. Focus on this week.

UTSA is technically the best offense they have faced, but its UTSA

Arkansas is statistically better than us and georgia on offense but QB and RB were not 100% healthy when they played the sips



You can see how bad the offenses they have faced from my chart. I'm not saying we are better than Georgia overall or that we have a good offense, just that statistically we will be the best P4/2/SEC offense they will face

It's hard to say where we really are as an offense too. Injuries thinning us out and qb changes make things hard to predict.

I think we will see a whole lot against Auburn. If Bisontis sees any reps, that'll be big. If Rueben travels, that'll be huge. Fingers crossed that Reed and Daniels have big games because that'll be a surge as a team that'll show us looking in great shape with all things considered

tu has played much better defensive competition than offensive, but again Mich and OU offense is some of the worst in the nation



Very crude averaging here but helps provide a little context. For instance, if you put an asterisk by the Arky game due to injuries- Kentucky will be the 2nd best team overall that they have faced based on yards and points per game on offense and defense

I think our offense will take a dip without Moss and Allen, so by the time we play Nov 30 numbers could be quite different

I don't know how big of an impact Allen will have. We need to pray that Owens continues to improve and can at least get some reps by tu game. Will be interesting to see if we continue to target tight ends or if that was simply for game experience against a slower and bad opponent.

If you look at the difference between CW and Marcel, Allen's numbers are considerably better with Marcel

9 rec for 86 yds with Conner
9 rec for 183 yds with Marcel

Allen was Marcels second best target in total pass yards and best in terms of yards per catch

Depends on how loud you yell.

IF Ags and horns both win today, how do you set a line on what would be an extraordinarily pressured and hyped rivalry 'Super Bowl' game like that? It isn't just about talent and matchups etc. it is about throwing a bunch of 18-22 year olds into that atmosphere and seeing who might crack or play out of their mind.

Both A&M and the horns have very good to elite OL and DL so there isn't a clear advantage at line of scrimmage. And yes the horns have better skill guys on offense on paper but the game is in College Station. Who the f*** knows.
