I've searched the interwebs for confirmation that he has formally signed a contract, but have come up with nothing. The program hasn't even formally introduced him. Is this a done deal, or is he still negotiating?

Well there are multiple pics of him out recruiting so I'm gonna go with it's a done deal.

Nah. It's still just hearsay then. Anyone and everyone who wants should be able to call petrino, the ad, and see the signed contract on demand.

I haven't received a notarized contract signed by Petrino. With video verification from his grandmother confirming his identity under oath. Not sure it's for real.
