Late hit penalty against SHSU. Add 15 yards to our drive.
Haynes King has played about five quarters as the starting quarterback at Texas A&M, against Kent State and FCS Sam Houston. That was his fourth interception.

Sorry, I must've been confused by that little numeral 6 to the left of our name. We are expected to beat SHSU soundly in this game (I am almost certain this will occur eventually, at least to the point of acceptability). Our team should expect and prepare to soundly beat this team from the first snap. We have world class facilities, world class coaches, top 10 players across the board, same amount of time to prepare (more if you count limited bowl prep if we did any), multiple years in this coach's system (except defense), 100,000 + yelling fans and National exposure. At this point, we should trounce any team we play out of the Top 15. Other really talented teams do this. There is no reason for us to come out this flat against any team at this point.PascalsWager said:We are not the #6 team. That's some arbitrary thing given to us by the media. No one's earned their rank yet. My point is you're expecting an FCS team and SHSU isn't really one. They're not even a bottom level G5 team. They're pretty decent so don't expect a 90 point win like you'd get against 1-11 Lamar.13B said:And we are the #6 team in the Nation. So what?PascalsWager said:
Sam Houston isn't Lamar or Houston Baptist.
Keep that in mind the whole time you're watching. They're probably a bowl team in conference USA and easy 8 or 9 win team in the MAC.
This is a challenge.

That's all king has to do. He doesn't have to make the play. He just needs to point guard

That's an alarming stat no matter how you spin it.
