Jimbo confirming teams are negative recruiting us based on last year's recruiting class was fun to hear around the 6:40 min mark.



Also this is the nth time I've heard jimbo have a lot of confidence in our depth and performance this year. Ready for a NY6 or better

When a school accumulates a lot of talent, other schools ALWAYS use that as a pitch to not go to that school. That's been going on for a LONG time.

It doesn't work a lot. Real good players don't care about competition.

NP. This might be the first year we have more talent than every team we play (besides Bama + if we stay healthy).

LSU is sneakily stacked and their defensive front 7 will be the best in the nation.

Either way, 11-2 or bust. I'm pumped for kick-off

I claimed that this is what Jimbo's press conference after the Nick Saban comments became public should have covered. Instead Jimbo ironically went negative on Bama.

Jimbo Fisher gave an excellent response to all of Colin Cowherd's questions. When a school accumulates an abundance of 4 and 5 star players, other schools try to convince these new recruits that they won't get much playing time at that school. That tactic does not work often because the great and elite players don't care about depth chart or competition.
